APPLICATION

PRODUCT: ROAD DEMARCATION INK - CIACOLLOR
Solvent-based acrylic paint indicated for demarcation on concrete or asphalt floors in parking areas, areas subject to traffic of people or vehicles. The product is easy to apply, excellent coverage and performance. Follow NBR 11862.

SURFACE PREPARATION / INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Every surface must be properly clean, porous and dry, free from dust or any other type of dirt. In the case of greasy or greased surfaces, first remove the dirt with water and detergent. On moldy surfaces, apply a solution of water and hypochlorite in the proportion of a part of water to a part of hypochlorite and rinse after 6 hours. Apply the resin after at least 24 hours of drying. Glossy surfaces should be sanded and cleaned before applying the product.
 Attention: Do not use the product on enamelled, glazed, waxed, silicone, greasy or oiled surfaces. Failure to follow these recommendations can lead to adherence problems.

 PRODUCT PREPARATION
As soon as you open the package, stir the product with a spatula / ruler or similar so that it becomes homogeneous.

DILUTION
Dilute up to 20% with xylol or strong thinner.

 TOOLS
Roller, brush, or pistol.

 LAYERS
 We recommend painting in 2 layers, respecting the time of 3 hours between layers. Depending on the surface conditions, an additional layer may be required.

 YIELD
3.6 L: 35 m2 per coat
18 L: 175 m2 per coat
The yield may change according to the surface, tool used and experience of the applicator.

 DRYING
30 minutes to touch, 3 hours between coats and 6 hours final. This time may vary according to the local climatic conditions at the time of application.

Modified acrylic resin, inorganic pigments, organic solvents and additives.
