APPLICATION

ACRYLIC VARNISH CIACOLLOR water based product suitable for application on slates, concrete walls, natural stones and exposed bricks.

This product follows the classification of standard NBR 11702 type 4.3.1.2.



SURFACE PREPARATION / INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

General: every surface must be properly clean, porous and dry, free from dust or any other type of dirt. In the case of greasy or greased surfaces, first remove the dirt with water and detergent. On moldy surfaces, apply a solution of water and hypochlorite in the proportion of a part of water to a part of hypochlorite and rinse after 6 hours. Apply the varnish after at least 24 hours of drying. Glossy surfaces should be sanded and cleaned before application
finish.



PRODUCT PREPARATION

As soon as you open the package, stir the product with a spatula / ruler or similar so that it becomes homogeneous.



DILUTION

Spray gun: dilute up to 20% with clean water.
Brush or roller: dilute up to 10% with clean water.
Before starting the painting, stir the product again so that it reaches the ideal point for application and performance.



TOOLS

Roller, brush or pistol.



YIELD

3.6L gallon: 40 to 50 m² / coat

18 L bucket: 200 to 250 m² / coat

The yield may change according to the surface, tool used and experience of the applicator.



LAYERS

We recommend painting in 2 layers, respecting the time of 4 hours between layers.
Depending on the surface conditions, an additional layer may be required.


DRYING

30 minutes to touch, 4 hours between coats and 6 hours final. This time may vary according to the local climatic conditions at the time of application.
