APPLICATION

SYNTHETIC BACKGROUND CIACOLLOR leveling product suitable for application on galvanized surfaces and metals.

This product follows the classification of standard NBR 11702 type 4.1.1.1



SURFACE PREPARATION / INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The surface to be applied must be cleaned with a damp cloth to remove all impregnated dirt. Apply a base coat for galvanizing. Only after drying the bottom, apply the glaze.

NOTE: do not apply this product on glazed, enamelled, waxed or silicone surfaces. Failure to observe this process can lead to adherence problems.



PRODUCT PREPARATION

As soon as you open the package, stir the product with a spatula / ruler or similar so that it becomes homogeneous.



DILUTION

10 to 20% with turpentine.
Before starting painting, stir the product again so that it reaches the ideal point for application and performance.



TOOLS

Roller, brush or pistol.


YIELD

900 mL packaging: 10 to 12 m² / coat
3.6 L gallon: 40 to 48 m² / coat


The yield may change according to the surface, tool used and experience of the applicator.



LAYERS

We recommend the application in 1 or 2 layers depending on the surface conditions, respecting the time of 6 hours between layers.


DRYING

2 to 4 hours to touch, 6 hours between coats and 72 hours final. This time may vary according to the local climatic conditions at the time of application.
