APPLICATION

MULTIPURPOSE ACRYLIC RESIN BASED ON COLORFUL SOLVENT
It is a solvent-based glossy acrylic resin suitable for application on cemented floors, ceramic tiles, concrete, asbestos, natural stones, exposed bricks and exposed concrete. This product follows the classification of standard NBR 11702 type 4.8.3.

SURFACE PREPARATION / INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Every surface must be properly clean, porous and dry, free from dust or any other type of dirt. In the case of greasy or greased surfaces, first remove the dirt with water and detergent. On moldy surfaces, apply a solution of water and hypochlorite in the proportion of a part of water to a part of hypochlorite and rinse after 6 hours. Apply the resin after at least 24 hours of drying. Glossy surfaces should be sanded and cleaned before applying the product. On burnt cement floors (low porosity), before applying the product it is necessary to treat the surface with muriatic acid to open the surface porosity. Dilute 1 part of muriatic acid in 2 parts of water and spread over the entire surface. Let the acid sit for about an hour. Rinse the surface thoroughly with clean water to ensure that all the acid has been removed. Apply the resin after 24 hours.

Attention: This product is not recommended for application on basaltic stones, as there may be whitening of the surface. Do not use the product on enamelled, glazed surfaces, with wax or silicone or on burnt cement floors. If the product is applied on damp surfaces, there may be whitening of the surface. Failure to follow these recommendations can lead to problems of low gloss and adhesion.

PRODUCT PREPARATION
As soon as you open the package, stir the product with a spatula / ruler or similar so that it becomes homogeneous.

DILUTION
Dilute the 1st coat with 20% strong thinner and 10% in the 2nd coat.

 The yield may change according to the surface, tool used and experience of the applicator.

 LAYERS
We recommend painting in 2 layers, respecting the time of 6 hours between layers. Depending on the surface conditions, an additional layer may be required.

DRYING
 30 minutes to touch, 6 hours between coats and 12 hours final. This time may vary according to the local climatic conditions at the time of application.
