APPLICATION

INDUSTRIAL ENAMEL CIACOLLOR
indicated for application on metal surfaces in general such as agricultural implements, industrial equipment and metal parts in general.  

SURFACE PREPARATION / INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
 Iron or steel surfaces: eliminate possible spots of rust or any other impurity and sand, if necessary. Clean the surface with a cloth dipped in thinner. Apply one coat of Primer Chromate Zinc Green and after drying apply Industrial Enamel.
Galvanized or aluminum surfaces: Clean with a damp cloth and wait for drying. Apply one coat of Wash Primer. Wait for the bottom to dry and then apply Industrial Enamel.  

 PRODUCT PREPARATION  
As soon as you open the package, stir the product with a spatula / ruler or similar so that it becomes homogeneous.  

DILUTION  
As soon as you open the package, stir the product with a spatula / ruler or similar so that it becomes homogeneous. When mixing the solvent make sure that it is completely mixed with the product before painting. Failure to follow this procedure, as well as improper cleaning can cause staining, spreading and peeling of the product.
 Spray gun: dilute up to 15 to 20% with strong thinner Brush or roller: dilute up to 10% with strong thinner

TOOLS  
 Roller, brush or pistol.  

YIELD
 From 9 to 11 m² / L per coat.
 There may be variation depending on the experience of the applicator and the porosity of the surface.  

LAYERS
 We recommend painting in 2 layers, respecting the time of 15 to 30 minutes between layers.

DRYING
  30 minutes to touch, 12 hours handling and 72 hours final. This time may vary according to the local climatic conditions at the time of application. Do not apply this product in strong winds, days with relative humidity above 80% or temperatures below 10ºC.
